Dear District 56 Toastmasters, 

We are thrilled to invite you to an extraordinary event celebrating our members' and clubs' outstanding achievements and dedication throughout the 2023-2024 year. We've waited patiently for the year-end processing and the final recognition results posted on the dashboard from World Headquarters. Now it's time to honor and celebrate our remarkable community!

We're also celebrating the outstanding achievements and dedication of our members, club officers, and area and division directors for earning July and August 2024 incentives.

Rediscover Past Awards: 

We've cleaned out the District storage unit and unearthed a treasure trove of awards, medallions, certificates, and trophies from the past four years. This is your last chance to claim any past awards. Don't miss out!

Toastmasters Swap Meet:

We're challenging you to clean out your closets! If you have Toastmasters items you no longer use, bring them along. Swap them out with other items from members and clubs. It’s a fun way to exchange and recycle valuable materials within our community.

Photo Opportunities: 

A District 56 background will be set up for photo opportunities with your award(s). Capture these memorable moments and celebrate your achievements with pride.

Meet the 2024-2025 Leadership Team:

Our new District Leadership Team will be present for their badge, ribbon, and pin recognition as they embark on the new Toastmasters year. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet and network with the incoming leadership and fellow members.

Refreshments and Networking:

Light refreshments will be served.  Join us for a day filled with celebration, camaraderie, and the joy of being part of the District 56 Toastmasters family.
