Justin Williams is the current President/Owner of Mind2Body2Life Inc., a company that specializes in Personal Training, Nutrition, Overall Wellness, and various types of Coaching. Justin's professional experience includes 15 years of corporate cost control, 13 years as a Certified person trainer, 7 years as a Fitness instructor, and 7 years into his Public Speaking journey.  Justin transitioned from his corporate position to pursue his passion for helping people reach their full potential and live the life they wish to create for themselves. "There is no mistake that I began my journey to become a better communicator and speaker the exact same time I started instructing classes.  I knew how to train and teach, but I wanted to be able to connect." 

Justin began his Toastmasters Journey in November of 2017 and since has held various leadership positions within his club.  He has actively competed in speech competitions within District 56.  In 2023 Justin made it to the District competition and this year he recently competed in the semifinals of the World Championship of Public Speaking at the 100-year Toastmasters National Convention.  "The confidence I gain from attending weekly Toastmasters meetings is invaluable.  Technip Energies Toastmasters club has been my place to get better, share, and grow. The encouragement within my club and throughout District 56 has allowed me to experience more of life."  

Justin was excited to learn about and be a part of the Speaker's Bureau in any capacity.  He believes that it is a way that fellow Toastmasters cannot just share their stories within the safety of their clubs, but with everyone that needs it.  "I have discovered that life's answers are found within the small moments we spend with people we don't know.  We may feel small in our own reality, but never know how large of a role we may play in someone else's."

Communication and leadership expert Elizabeth Ruiz is an award-winning speaker and business strategist who helps people, teams, and organizations discover what they can become. She motivates, empowers, and inspires. Her high-energy presentations provide knowledge transfer, skills development, and collaborative learning opportunities.

Her thirty years of business experience plus ten years of academic research makes Elizabeth a scholar-practitioner. She has authored 17 books in various fields, including marketing, communication, and leadership. She has created and facilitated presentations and workshops globally, online, and in-person from her books, including How to Create Buzz using Behavioral Economics, How to Implement Strategic Communication for Long-term Success, and How to Expand Your Leadership Skill Set and Stand Out.

Elizabeth holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Chicago. She has two master’s degrees, an MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University in New York City. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.

Elizabeth helps people and animals in need through multiple volunteer leadership positions and a variety of professional and academic organizations, earning her several volunteer leadership awards for her service. Although she travels globally for business, she resides in Texas with her family, including her pack of rescue animals.
