The District Council, as the administrative governing body, is responsible for conducting all district business, making it a crucial platform for decision-making and policy implementation.Â
IMPORTANT: You can register using the email address you'd like to receive the voting ballot during the meeting. Corporate email addresses are not recommended, as security restrictions may prohibit access to your voting ballot. Â
Who is the District Council: Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, Area Directors, Division Directors, and the Senior 7. Â
Why Attend: Participate in decisions affecting District 56 members and clubs.Â
A quorum is required to conduct business. Proxies are not permitted for a virtual District Council meeting. Â
Could you tell me why I should register? Registration is part of the credential process, which creates a list of voters to be imported into the voting system and determines whether a quorum is met. Â
When/Where will Business Documents be posted? The agenda and other business documents will be posted on our website two weeks before the meeting.
